Examples of things I do for free

  • Update accounts or domain name contact details
  • Provide quotes for work
  • Confirm availability of a domain name
  • Query accounts history
  • Fix any errors/bugs we created in either your website or ours
  • Investigate any issues that are relevant to tools under our control, and direct you to the best workaround, contact person or provide a quote to resolve the issue
  • Confirm that a POP3 account is active by testing the webmail interface
  • Investigate and resolve domain name server issues
  • One time 5 minute training session over the phone

 

All website clients have a website built that includes 'password entry' into their full CMS content management system where they can make changes without paying anything, but for those who would rather not do it themselves, the following rates are charged:
