Lynda started her working career within the ANZ Bank in the early 70's, married, travelled and worked in Europe during the mid 70's and started her family in the late 70's.
1987 lynda created Central Employment NZ's first farm based rural employment agency. Within three years the business had grown to 3 branches and in 1990 she sold the business and moved North with her family to Cambridge, where lynda sold real estate for a number of years.
The mid 90's saw lynda create her first retail store, Rustic Charm fashioned after a woolshed specialising in top quality New Zealand craft. lynda was made an offer to sell she couldn't refuse and went on to import the old Dutch Colonial furniture from Indonesia and retailed it from Virtu's an Interior Designer Store she opened in Cambridge.
1999 Lynda move to Holland for two years and then the UK for four and during this time studied Art & Design at Farnham University in the South of England.
Lynda returned to Cambridge NZ in 2005, where she now operates her Bed & Breakfast / Homestay accommodation Beech Tree Cottage. Lynda also paints and builds online businesses / websites for clients throughout NZ and looks forward to helping others transform their dreams into reality.
